These policies explain how deposits, refunds, missed classes, safety and photos work at WowSkills. If anything is unclear, send us a message from the contact form.
Deposits
A $50 deposit holds a seat in a class. The balance is due at the first class, by e-Transfer, card or cash.
Refunds
- Cancel 7 or more days before the first class: full deposit refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before the first class: your deposit becomes a credit for another class.
- If we cancel a class (low numbers, illness or weather): full refund.
Missed classes
There is no refund for a missed class. Tell us ahead of time if you can, and we will help your child catch up when possible so they still finish the project.
Safety rules
- Glasses on whenever a tool is out.
- The clamp holds the wood. Hands never hold wood you are sawing or drilling.
- Tools stay on the table. Never walk with a tool.
- Power tools and glue guns are for the instructor only.
- Closed-toe shoes. Long hair tied back.
Kids who do not follow the safety rules after a reminder may need to sit out a tool activity.
Photos
We only share photos of projects with your permission (you choose this at checkout), and we never share photos showing children’s faces without written permission.
Pick-up
A parent or a named adult must pick up children under 10.
